The ordering system encourages less food waste which is awesome in my book. The food was tasty and hot. Would defiantly recommend you try it!

Great sushi and more! Celebrated our daughter's 17th tonight, and it was wonderful!

Friday at noon. A small group from work met here. Place is decorated for Halloween. Looks clean and friendly. Staff was attentive. Food came out quickly and freshly prepared. Everything was tasty. We'll probably eat here again. Only minor downside was taking a bit to long to get the check at the end otherwise no complaints. Thanks sushi king.

Vegetable fried rice had a few itty bitty vegetables in it. It was not that hot. I should have had the sushi!

I love this place and the unlimited menu, but I wish there was a little more to their little buffet table.

Always a great experience. The servers are attentive and kind, and food is brought out quickly. The food is very good and clearly prepared fresh. This is a great place to treat yourself!

We were traveling through VA ....my daughter loves sushi so we picked this place to stop. SO GLAD WE did. The selection was awesome and the prices were phenomenal 👌

Wonderful food , great atmosphere and friendly staff

Good all you can eat. We went during non rush hour and service was acceptable. Food quality is good for the price. There is also a cold bar. The sheer quantity of food is a quality itself. Docked a star for: burned hibachi shrimp and overcooked "medium" steak. Party of 6 at 7pm

Very good Sushi the tea is perfect. It has a roomy seating area large groups can sit together we'll as long as you call ahead. Very enjoyable ðŸ‘😊

It's a really good place to eat, I'm not a sushi fan myself, but my people are, and they love it. There is plenty of steak, chicken, rice, noodles, dumplings, soup, salad, etc, for me to enjoy. I love the order all you want, food is always fresh and hasn't been wheezed over by 27 other people. We visit at least once a month and are always satisfied

Decent food quality. Both lunch/dinner buffet prices are great. Friendly staff.

The service was quick and the food was good, as always. I took a to go order back for a coworker, and was ready just as fast. The building looks old on the outside, but the food is good.

Excellent sushi options, great customer service, very friendly. Lots of seating but it may take a few minutes to be seated if they're really busy. All you can eat is a great option, especially with a group. Parking is no problem as it's in a larger shopping area.

I wasn't sure what to expect from an all you can eat sushi place, but the sushi is made fresh as you order and delicious, for an unbeatable price!

Fantastic!! Loved it here. Can be a little pricey if you're not used to eating great sushi. Had what seemed to be the owner come out and talk to me since I have an allergy. I felt that I was taken care of. And I see some of these reviews stating the restaurant was dirty. I didn't see any of that, it was extremely clean inside including the buffet part.

Sushi King has fantastic food for the price at which you pay. They have a buffet with salads and other sides, but the main courses you order. It is all you can eat but you only order 2-3 menu items at a time. The food arrives in a timely manner, is presented well and made fresh.Come with a group for a time full of great memories in the inevitable conversations between courses.

All you can eat sushi restaurant. Need I say more?Seriously though, this place is great. Fantastic food, consistently good service, and a very reasonable price point for what you get.

Semi-slow service but overall great, especially as a social experience with others.

All of their special rolls are getting terrible lately (after their menu update I guess). My husband and I eat here quite regularly, we loved the variety of the rolls and its quality. Now, they don't bother decorate the rolls. The rice are dry and hard. They drizzle less and less sauce. The fish pieces are getting smaller and smaller they don't even cover the whole sushi piece (pictured the tiny split of avocado on the sushi). I loved having sushi here but I don't think I want to come back after this. Very disappointed.

Very average sushi. Didn't like the warm rice. Decent for all you can eat

Probably one of the best restaurants for sushi, hibachi and oriental appetizers i have ever been to. Some people think that its expensive but you get as much as you can eat decent quality sushi. Ive been here a load of times and they have never dipped in quality. If i could get the crazy monkey roll on lunch it would be great.

Went with friends and we enjoyed ourselves, the sushi buffet was great and there are different types to choose from and the waiters just kept on bringing them. They also have a mini serving station with different salads and an ice cream machine, we loved the pineapple ice cream.

Basically all you can eat rolls, if you like sashimi then you pay per piece. But it was good otherwise.

This place is fantastic such a great value for the money it is excellent for our girlfriend who had never tried sushi before and wanted to try a variety of roles it's all you can eat but they make it fresh for you so it's basically all you can order there is also a delicious salad bar with yummy things to try and fruit and even an ice cream machine for desert the kids menu is perfect my child got chicken tenders and fries for only $5 they were really good on the all you can eat is also the appetizers the dumplings and the chimp tempura are amazing highly recommend them my favorite roles are the shrimp tempura roll the crazy monkey role and the Volcano roll so excellent of course California roll is good too if you order 6 or more roles you get it in a boat like in the picture highly recommend will definitely be back

All you can eat "sushi like" sushi. The rice was not good, but honestly was not expecting great things from an all you can eat sushi place. The best dish I had was chicken and noodles. Not the sushi. Would I ever visit another one? .... probably not. But hey, you can absolutely fill yourself up on rice and fish for $17 + $2.50 for a drink. They had a descent amount of rolls to choose from, just not very good. Even the wasabi was weak. There was no reason to take a pic of the food. Completely forgettable experience.

Love Sushi King is my favorite place to go for sushi. Everything, except drinks, are included for one price. "Everything" means appetizers, salads, cooked dishes such as Hibachi steak, a good variety of sushi, and dessert. They have a "salad" bar & soft serve included. For those who don't like sushi, they have cooked dishes, such as Hibachi & Teriyaki dishes with your choice of chicken, shrimp, steak, or veggie. The only caveat: Don't waste food. If you order a dish, you need to make sure you eat it because, if you waste it, you may have to pay extra.

Flavors spot on, very fresh ingredients. All the options we tried are wonderful. The white dragon roll is nice!

My husband and I are new to the area and LOVE sushi. We have been to many places for sushi in many states. Some of the reviews made us weary of vising Sushi King, however I am very glad that we went. We had the dinner unlimited sushi deal and also enjoyed the buffet bar. They had some items of sashimi in the buffet bar on top of salads including seaweed salad and seafood salads. They also had deserts and pineapple or coconut sorbet. The server was very sweet and quite fast. We really have zero complaints and cannot wait to go back. The food was great. Additionally, the ambiance was adorable. They really decorated well for Halloween!

Great place for groups as it's always fun to order a variety and sample several things. Be careful as you must eat what you order or pay an additional fee. That's why going with a group is nice, if you don't like a particular roll, odds are that someone else will. My favorite rolls include the shrimp tempura roll, the Richmond roll, the volcano roll, and the sea angel roll. Not all of the special rolls are offered during lunch and the appetizers are limited as well. Lunch is only offered Monday-Friday while dinner is offered all day on Saturday and Sunday and every holiday.

Great service and a lot of variety. Good quality food. It's always fun to get to try such a wide variety of things!

Didn't realize they closed for lunch so we felt really rushed. It's hard to enjoy your food when you are rushed. It was my Aunt and Uncle's first time there. I doubt seriously if they will want to come back.

Do not recommend, i was with a friend who wanted sushis, i wasnt feeling it that day, so i wanted to just sit and they can eat, but the employees did not like that and did not want me to stay

I love this place and eat here regularly, both at the restaurant and via Order Up. They have quick, polite service. The restaurant is clean, and welcoming. It has a variety of table sizes, so you can go alone, on a date, or even with a big group. The fresh, delicious food is only limited by your stomach's capacity.Be aware that they charge a fee if you waste food or take leftovers. For me, it can be cheaper to get Order Up because it's $10 for what is 2 plates of hibachi. For my male friends, the restaurant is cheaper because it's $16 (dinner price) for their 4+ plates of hibachi and sushi. Know how hungry you are and choose accordingly.

Good place for all you can eat sushi. Has other option to choose from if you don't like sushi and it's all you can eat also. Services is good and it is clean. They have a little buffet to get a bite while you wait for your meal.
Robin Lawson
The food was good, the service, not so much. Japanese fair. Sushi, yes, but also fried rice and grilled entrees. The dessert bar is nothing extra, but if you like vanilla soft serve, it's okay. All you care to eat for one price, but either order everything at once or order the next dish as soon as your plate arrives. Otherwise, you'll just be sitting there a lot. Don't over order though. There's a surcharge for that.
